Lowongan Supervisor Production Quality Engineer di PT Autoliv Indonesia

Position Scope :

·         Under the direction of Quality Assurance Section Manager/ Quality Manager, to ensure adequate quality of products are available to meet inspection and testing requirements based on regular and customer requirements, understand Production Planning, Test Center, and Human Resources also will take necessary steps with Autoliv policies and procedures, to support document and Quality activity to satisfy customer requirements.

Qualification :

1. Understanding manufacturing process
2. Understanding quality requirement Activity
3. Understanding shop floor management
4. Understanding IATF 16949, ISO14001, SPC, MSA and PFMEA
5. Understanding tools measurement.

Duties & Responsibilities :

1. Controlling & ensure quality implementation in line process (MSA, SPC, BIQ, 5S, Etc)
2. Drive and Supervise problem solving process with cross functional for both customer and internal quality related issue
3. Establish an inspection and testing component part based on drawing specification.
4. Ensure the Process and production quality, implement problem solving process to eliminate root cause of nonconforming Product and Process at Autoliv site.
5. Maintain and follow up the Close Loop Corrective Actions Maintain good employee relations, which include appropriate responses to employees needs and training.
