Lowongan Senior Product Manager di PT Izi Data Indonesia

PT Izi Data Indonesia has been operating in Indonesia for more than three years with licences from OJK.

We are specializing in helping our clients to manage their credit risk.

We integrate many types of alternative consumer data and we also provide professional credit scoring service.

Responsibilities:

1. Has keen product insight and judgment based on the analysis of the local credit market in Indonesia, defines the demand and direction of banks, multi-Finance and other financial institutions for data, and implements it in a product way. Dig the potential of data and realize the real application scenarios of customers.
2. Complete product planning and iteration according to customer requirements, and design optimal solutions for different financial institutions.
3. During project implementation, monitor project quality, understand customer feedback, make reasonable analysis and judgment on product feedback data, and better conduct product iteration.
4. Manage and supervise the daily work of the team, coordinate the resource allocation of the project, and manage the risk of the deliverables.
5. Act as the project leader of one or more project data management, arrange project personnel, and evaluate the performance of team members.
6. Lead the product team to complete the project within the schedule successfully.

Requirements:

1. A degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, or other technical fields.
2. At least 5 years of experience at tech companies with robust track record in building or growing a business.
3. Good technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies; with aptitude towards solving complex problems.
4. Has strong data abstraction and definition ability, strong logic ability, and strong data analysis ability.
5. Has keen business insight and unique insight into the financial industry.
6. Good at communication and expression, good at understanding customer needs, and can quickly make feedback.
7. Fluent in both written and verbal, in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
8. Those with the following abilities are preferred:

• More than 3 years of project team management experience.
• Working in a bank or multi-Finance with experience in risk control or credit scoring.
• Mandarin communication ability is a plus.

Salary will be adjusted according to the applicant's ability and experience
