Job Descriptions

• Plan events from start to finish according to requirements, target audience and objectives.
• Create detailed proposals for all events, including timelines, venues, vendors, budgets and other related matters.
• Develop, and execute event marketing calendars (hosting, tap-ins, joint event, and sponsorship).
• Lead the execution for the event and come up with suggestions to enhance the event's success.
• Exploring, identifying, and securing strategic partnership opportunities with related external partners.
• Ensure events are completed smoothly and step up to resolve any problems that might occur.
• Conduct pre and post event evaluations and report on outcomes; take initiatives to implement improvement plans.
• Collaborate with internal teams and third parties.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in event marketing and event planning.
• Strong understanding of event marketing and promotion.
• Demonstrated project management and execution capabilities.
• Experience in the beauty or media industry is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred.
