Job description

• Handle customer technical concerns with courtesy and promptness
• Resolve complex technical issues for consumers by communicating with vendor and senior manager
• Develop HTML based site on demand
• Help monitoring server log (AWS server log).

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years as Server Engineer
• Minimum Bachelor degree in IT related major.
• Experienced in developing web page using HTML & JavaScript
• Experienced (or at least familiar) with PostgreSQL
• Familiar with AWS server environment would be an advantage.
