Qualifications:

1. Minimum D3 / S1 Mechanical Engineering / Heavy Equipment / Electrical Engineering
2. Minimum 6 years of experience in mining or machinery industry
3. POP and BMC (Basic Mechanic Course) certified.
4. Have a good leadership skills
5. Have good communication with team, coworkers and external parties
6. Expert in identifying problems, analyzing data and making reports
7. Willing to be placed in North Halmahera with 8:2 roster system.

Job Descriptions:

1. Strategize the management of the Plant (workshop) and its Facilities.
2. Create a plan to carry out periodic repairs and maintenance so that the condition of production and non-production units is maintained to avoid premature damage which has an impact on production disruption.
3. Responsible for routine work such as daily inspection, preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of all existing units.
4. Review maintenance and repair activities carried out to remain in accordance with applicable standards, and provide reports on the progress of maintenance and repair activities.
5. Ensure Physical Availability (PA) is achieved according to the target through monitoring and analyzing equipment performance.
6. Plan and evaluate manpower requirements, develop daily work schedules and determine mechanic assignments to carry out maintenance, repair of equipment and machinery.
7. Evaluate used spare parts that can be reused when urgent.
8. Controlling the maintenance unit cost budget in terms of procurement of spare parts and materials.
