Job Description :

• Responsible for DFM review and mold design review of product plastic, die-casting and other molds, planning mold solutions and moldflow analysis
• Responsible for existing mold status maintenance and evaluation of modification mold plan
• Responsible for mold manufacturing process tracking and coordination, and solve on-site mold problems.
• Responsible for the follow up and coordination of new mold trial, sample determination, etc.
• Summarize the experience of mold development and manufacturing, and use it to guide new projects.
• Responsible for the research and promotion of new process and new technology.
• Participate in mold supplier audit
• Participate in feasibility research and evaluation of new process solutions
• Participate in the review of new products within the team
• Analysis and improvement of mass production structure problems
• Management of mass production tooling for suppliers

Requirements :

• Diploma, Polytechnic bachelor degree from engineering
• More than 5 Years of mold design ability and mold project follow-up ability
• Proficient in pro engineer, UG, Solidworks, Auto-CAD, and other related drawing software
• Familiar with plastic, hardware mold processing and product molding process
• Have mold professional English reading and writting Skills, and have strong technical research ability
• Managementability of molds
• Maalee 27-40 Years old
