Job Description:

• Identify and source new products for the company's e-commerce platform and aligned with the company's standards and requirements
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and manufacturers, negotiating contracts and pricing agreements
• Manage the product catalog and the information is accurate and up-to-date on the e-commerce platform
• Coordinate with the internal stakeholders to ensure that all products meet industry standards and regulations, develop and implement product launch and promotion plans
• Analyse sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth, and make recommendations for product development and sourcing
• Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring that products are available for sale and minimise excessive inventory.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve product sourcing and supply chain efficiency, reducing costs and improving the customer experience
• Manage the product return and exchange process, ensuring that customers are satisfied and that any issues are resolved quickly and effectively
• Perform any ad-hoc task assigned by the superior

Job Requirements:

• Possess at least diploma in E-Commerce, Business or any related field
• At least 1 years in E-Commerce/FMCG and at least 2-3 years in Sales & Marketing
• Good interpersonal skill and communication skill
• Strong Business acumen
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong writing skills and good team player
