Lowongan Food Merchandiser (Culinary) di PT Lotte Shopping Indonesia

PT Lotte Mart Indonesia (LOTTE Mart) and PT Lotte Shopping Indonesia (LOTTE Grosir) are looking for creative-minded Merchandisers to support our Meal Development Projects.

Job Details :

• Identify assortment opportunities and develop new product categories, source new suppliers on top of the existing core products and suppliers.
• Project manage the new product development with vendors, including coordination of packaging design, labels and related approvals.
• Negotiate terms, minimum quantities, pricing, and details to maximize sales, margin, and inventory, run competitive strategy, promotions, pricing, activations, etc.
• Manage and nurtures vendor relationships
• Manage floor space and productivity
• Manage store relationships (communications and execution of strategies, focus, promotions, clearances, etc.)

Requirements :

• Bachelor's Degree with Minimum of 3 years experience in Retail, F&B, or similar field
• Proven experience as a buyer or relevant role in category : Culinary, Bakery
• Good knowledge in retail operations is preferred
• Excellent negotiation skills; a proven track record of establishing and maintaining positive relationships with vendors is a plus
• Must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work with speed and accuracy
• Must be a detail-oriented team player
• Should have a good level of written and oral communication skills
• Demonstrate sound judgment and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work autonomously
• Excellent leadership capabilities with strong presentation and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking capabilities
• Capable of seeking out new ideas, exhibiting initiative and being proactive
• Clear and effective oral presentation of ideas/recommendations and effective written communication
