Lowongan Senior Manager Growth and Customer Experience di PT Global Cars Indonesia

Responsibilities:

• Manage the journey of customer acquisition & engagement through all relevant channels.
• Work with Product & Category teams to ensure a seamless experience for lead generation.
• Lead the customer contact center to ensure higher conversion from Inquiries to bookings.
• Planning and Execution of the marketing strategy for Indonesia.
• Work with Product and CRM team to provide digital cues to nudge the customers to complete the booking process.
• Be the bridge between Sales and Marketing to ensure a rapidly growing funnel of customers.
• Data reporting for key campaign metrics for acquisition, engagement & retargeting.
• Monthly/quarterly/yearly spends forecast and planning

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in Growth, TeleSales or CRM roles, preferably in ecommerce or highgrowth start-up operations.
• Strong analytical &problem solving skills along with expertise in use of excel / Google sheets.
• Understanding of social media advertising across major platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram).
• Proficiency in CRM tools such a SalesForce will be a big advantage.
• Ability to converse effectively in Bahasa & English is a plus.
• Drive and hustle for continually developing & running processes efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent people skills, an ability to collaborate with different stakeholders and apply a crossfunctional mindset.
• Additional non-mandatory but preferrable attributes:

1. Skills in search platforms including; Keyword Research, Google AdWords, etc.
2. Website Analytics (mostly in Google Analytics).
3. Experience working on a Performance Media (SEM and Social) strategy
