We are looking for qualified Account Officer to join our IT Support Developer and help us to achieve our goals. You will serve as a point of contact for potential client with queries about products, and provide support for sales representatives

Our Ideal candidate is goal-oriented, has a deep knowledge of customer services and IT knowledge will be advantage. If you have exceptional skills and draw energy from being part of a team, we would like to meet you.

IT Support Developer is responsible to investigate and resolve support cases quickly and effectively. The key focus is to improve the client experience, working with other internal teams to readily resolve client issues.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Informatics System, Information Technology or equivalent from reputable university.

2. Minimum 1 year working experience in programming/development system

3. Have knowledge and understanding of ASP.Net, C#, MVC, Angular, .Net Core

4. Have an understanding with database systems such as SQL Server, MySQL

5. Ability to work in team

6. Ability to work under pressure

7. Have good communication skills

8. Able to multitask with a certain time limit

9. Able to work based on detail oriented

10. Great attitude, initiative, and diligent

11. Fast learner and willing to learn

12. Multi-finance and Banking experience is a plus

13. Willing to be located at Alam Sutera - Tangerang (Tower The Smith)

1. Responsible for maintaining support level agreement from client

2. Maintain and enhance existing application

3. Test and fix bugs

4. Conducts code and application reviews
