Department : Production

Production Department in PT. Amarox Pharma Global, consist of a highly growth team which produce a lot of number of products every year and supporting by new machine, equipment, and facilities to support our customer requirements. 

Position : Production Supervisor

As Production Supervisor, you are responsible for below job responsibilities :

• Set up production team working schedule
• Supervise the set-up process, start control, machine operational and initial adjustments related process parameters that refer to Batch Manufacturing Record (BMR) and Bach Packaging Record (BPR)
• Conduct investigations of deviations occurred and incident in production area
• Increase effectiveness and efficiency on production processes
• Manage, coach, training, and motivate team to achieve the production target

Qualification

You have minimum education background in Pharmacy or Apothecary with minimum 2 years’ relevant experience for solid dosage form, having extensive knowledge of production ISO, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Documentation Practices (GDP).

You confident for English Communication (both oral & written), possess on the MS. Excel, strong leadership skills to manage team, and Willing to work on shifting time and placed at Cikarang.
