• Bachelor or Master Degree in Marketing or any related field.
• Strong understanding of current online & offline marketing concepts, strategy, and best practice.
• Strong analytical skills and data driven thinking
• Experience managing PPC, SEO, affiliate programs, social media & email marketing
• At least 3 years of proven working experience in digital marketing, especially in e-commerce, retail and marketplace.
• Good personality and leadership skill
• Able to join immediately

·         Lead the marketing team to help achieve company goals

·         Responsible for strategic planning and budgetary control of all marketing asset

·         Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns and assess against goals

·         Evaluate end-to-end customer behavior across multiple channels

·         Analyse site traffic, conversion, page performance and shopping pattern

·         Working closely with the marketing team and other departments to develop, manage and improve the campaign to support website and marketplace performance
