Lowongan Quantity Surveyor (Project Control) - MEP di PT Putragaya Wahana

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree (Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics)
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Solid knowledge and experiences in controlling and monitoring building materials (commercial office / luxury apartment / hotel), especially for MEP
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, especially Excel Database
• Pro active attitude, good communication skills and attention to details

Responsibilities:

• Study and analyze MEP drawings, Technical Specification and Bill of Quantity
• Produce Bill of Material and Bill of Quantity from MEP drawings
• Prepare detail analysis for budget calculation
• Control and monitor all materials Supplied by Owner (SBO) starting from Purchase Order (PO) or contract until the end process
• Delivery all material to project site until handling over to construction management (CM) project team
• Do site visit for progress of works
