Lowongan Sales Manager Services - Turbomachinery di PT Man Energy Solutions Indonesia

Responsibilities:

• Responsible to support the growth strategies within the region (budget quotations, order intake, revenue/casing, customer visits), follow up on open payments
• Win new customers with a systematic approach
• Builds and maintain excellent customers relationships
• Negotiate contracts and service agreements
• Develop and implements marketing plans, oversees the sales budget
• Maintain efficient coordination between customers and headquarters
• To provide information, maintain records and carry out all duties in an accurate, efficient and timely manner
• Identify business opportunities for all company's products
• To enhance the image and reputation of the company whilst supporting its commercial interests

 Requirements:

• Minimum bachelor degree in mechanical, electrical or industrial engineering
• Strong technical background with turbomachinery and rotating equipment
• Have minimum 8 years related experiences, preferably from turbomachinery products specialist background, heavy equipment manufacture or machines
• Proven sales track records of winning medium up scale projects especially related with gas turbine, steam turbine and compressors
• Excellent set of skills in contract negotiation, terms and condition design and project management
• Excellent network with oil and gas, chemical, pulp and paper companies in Indonesia
• Very good coordination, organized and communication skills
• Strong network, engaging and well aware of local market
