This role will be based in outlet, and working closely with the HR team in Head Office. The responsibilities are:

• Make sure HR Compliance is applicable
• Managing HR Operations for attendance, database, report, and administration
• Managing end to end recruitment process
• Preparing onboarding needs and working facilities
• Giving HR consultancy in specific HR issue for organization and employee relation
• Set up and execute training plan
• Handling minor general affair duties such as permits and employee allowance
