Lowongan PURCHASING MANAGER di PT Astoria Prima

Job Description :

• Responsible for the supply of local and imported at competitive prices, the best quality and delivery according to demand, also according to lead time
• Planning and calculation of the budget for supply and purchase of materials in accordance with purchase requests, including tax2
• Seek and partner with reliable vendors and suppliers
• Communicate and negotiate with suppliers and vendors to land more profitable deals
• Manage suppliers and develop the delivery schedule with suppliers.
• Responsible to assess the total costs of company purchases to be reported to the Management.
• Analyze inventory data and keep the appropriate stocks
• Develop purchasing policies/procedures
• Maintain good relationship with suppliers
• Manage payment terms, open POs to suppliers, and limits on capital expenditure purchases
• Coordinate with Finance department to determine the payment date to the import supplier
• Create purchase and procurement reports (daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly)
• Any other duties within the Supply Management Department as assigned by Management

Qualification :

• Minimum Bachelors Degree in Industrial Management, or in relevant fields.
• Minimum 5 years experience in a similar position, handling purchasing or buyer at trading raw material industries, pharmaceutical industries, or FMCG industries
• Maximum 35 year old
• Good communication in English is a must (can speak Mandarin is an advantage)
• Detailed, well-organized and able to multi-task and manage multiple projects at the same time, prioritizing required actions accordingly to meet required deadlines.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, Creative problem-solving and communication skills.
• Strong leadership and teamwork, detailed and honest
• Good skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
• Prior experience in the Manufacturing Industry will be an added advantage
• Willing to be placed at Pluit Raya, Kamal Muara & Tangerang (Curug)
