Creation of a project
Creation of networks (for setting the costs and entering material)
Maintenance of planning costs from calculation as well as for necessary changes
Closing or opening of project phases (Offer Phase )
Apply at Controlling for Closing and opening of project phases
Start of material and creation process
Creation of Foreign data sheets / Material-Import list for Mass-upload etc.
Sending of all information and documents to DataAdmin-Team for creation of new SAP part numbers
Entering materials in network Ã creation of purchase requisitions
Adjustment of planning costs (previous listed under primary / now real material costs coming out of the material)
Determination of packing data according to company Template (Excel format)
Coordination of the packaging at the Suppliers (time schedule)
Coordination of the creation of Labels / Coloured markings and pictures of the packaging as well as of endpacked packing units
Information from Supplier about Container quantities and -sizes
Coordination of the creation of Container stowage plans
Coordination with the Suppliers of picking-up date / Container stowage
Send all delivery information and documents to Export department for release of the shipment
Coordination with Logistics at internally companyÂ (Quantity and Size of the Containers / Container stowageâ€™s dates / Pick-up datesâ€¦
Coordination internally to provide all requested documents to Commercial Team according to the project time schedule
