Job Descriptions:

• Lead and manage all sales operations and oversees activities of the sales team
• Ensure monthly sales target is met as settled by the management
• Create goals that comply with the business's overall objectives and meet and exceed these goals
• Revies, strategies and weighs against results in order to identify areas of improvement
• Conduct sales training to sales team
• Participate in roads shows, sales workshops and weekly events
• Able to work overtime and weekend.
• Strong the sales administration skill - collection and execution of all legal documentation
• Conduct market surveys, provide details to management and keep track of marketing trends and pricing 
• Candidate must possess an ability to build trust within a large and diverse environment
• Proven track record in REAL ESTATE/PROPERTY industries

Job Requirements:

• Degree holders in any field
• Preferably 5 years of relevant experience in property development industry
• Good written and spoken ENGLISH
