Job Responsibilities

• Conducting testing of equipment after repair/maintenance completion, on-field equipment, on field early detection of minor & major equipment failure indications, & equipment reliability. 
• Conducting inspections of equipment to ensure that all safety standards are met.  
• Oversee & improvement of spare-parts supply chain management & its quality analyse. 
• Oversee of workshop operations & take corrective measures. 
• Oversee of accidents & incidents investigation to find cause & take prevention measures for further incidents. 
• Oversee workshop activities, procedures and facilities to assess risk and adherence to the standard. 
• Workshops SLA assessment & improvement process (availability, maintainability & reliability).
• Coordinating of strategic alignment between workshop & operation department goals. 
• Oversee workshop performance improvements based on set KPI measurements. 

Job Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum of 10 years of related work experience in Reliability Engineer or mobile equipment maintenance.
• Having the experience in handling complete auto lube system troubleshooting & overhauling of grease pumps & injector performance like Hydraulic Excavator PC1250, ZX870, ZX350, ZX200, Articulated Dump Trucks A40G, Hitachi and Caterpillar Equipment.
• Familiar with RCM, AFA, RCFA, 5 WHY or related method
• Additional experience in Lean Six Sigma or related method
• Know the most effective and efficient processes to get things done, embracing continuous improvement methodologies
• Plan and prioritize work to meet commitments aligned with organizational goal
• Hold self and others accountable to meet commitments
• Team player mindset and able to work well with cross functional leads
• Willing to work in remote area
