MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

•Direct all aspects of the day-to-day operations in a country/local organisation to ensure efficiency and performance in accordance with the corporate objectives, strategy and plans.

•Oversee, monitor, and evaluate the operation's performance.

•Direct the preparation of operating budgets and proposals for capital expenditure and investments in infrastructure, technology, equipment, systems, or other assets and resources, analyse and approve operational investments that best meet the organisation's business needs.

•Oversee the opening or closing of facilities and the operational aspects of mergers and acquisitions so that these activities are completed on time and within budget and with minimal disruption to the organisation's day-to-day operations.

•Lead, guide, evaluate, and develop a team of senior managers with operational responsibilities to ensure that the organisation achieves it business objectives and complies with all relevant regulations and laws.
