Job descriptions:

• Contact potential or existing leads to inform, promote, and explain about our product or service.
• Handle potential or existing customer questions and identify their needs to the service offered.
• Ask questions to understand customer needs & requirements.
• Answer questions about our services or the company.
• Pitch the potential client to provide information about our product, feature, price and present the benefits.
• Verify customers contact to get the right information.
• Get the detailed information of the customer and record customer's information to database.
• Make sure customer database is updated.
• Keep records of calls & note useful information.

Requirements:

• Fresh Graduate (high school diploma and equivalent are welcome).
• Working experience in telemarketing is value added.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Have good tone in calling.
• Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints.
• Target oriented and persistent.
• Patient and able to handle customer rejection.
• Good listener and fast response.
• Multitasking (calling, identifying, make report based on call).
• Good administrative skills and ability to create good requirement documentation.
• Fluent in English will be advantage.
