The opportunity

Due to on-going growth, we are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our Industrial team in Jakarta Indonesia. Working in a well-respected team, you’ll have the opportunity to work on projects from inception, through strategic planning and concept to detailed design planning and resourcing effectively, you are required to deliver operational excellence, mentor and coach junior peers. On this role, you are also required to work closely with clients, understand client business to ensure successful outcomes and maximise repeat business revenue.

About you

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• A bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical Engineering.
• Having a minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role as a Project Manager, preferably from an engineering consulting company
• Exposure to industrial projects (preferred), especially in Food & Beverage sector or Light Industrial sector.
• Good understanding of Cost, Schedule and Change Management with referenced experience in projects previously managed.
• Willing to travel to site locations regularly or assigned to site locations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
