R&D ASSISTANT MANAGER

About the position

Do you know Blueband and Minyak Samin Cap Onta? or perhaps you're eating it as you read this?

These are the product that you're going to develop. Combining the interest and skill you have in Packaging and Regulatory. Harmonizing the formula that we're going to use in multi market (in and outside Indonesia) is your main goal. Your proven records on cost saving in NPD process will be your gold ticket. 

You will closely with the team in our factory in Cikarang. Driving our core product portfolio to be better and strengthen our product core value by leading the project of production movement from outside Indonesia. 

So what does it take to be successful in this role?

The elephant in the room is obviously your solid experience in food development as well as your good energy, pace, eagerness to learn, and team player.
