Lowongan Senior Graphic Designer di PT Purwadhika Kirana Nusantara

As Senior Graphic Designer, you'll be responsible to:

1. Conceptualization and Design: Lead the conceptualization and hands-on design of creative assets, including but not limited to logos, branding materials, marketing collateral, print materials, digital graphics, social media visuals, infographics, and web elements.
2. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, product, and other cross-functional teams to understand project requirements, objectives, and target audience, ensuring design solutions align with business goals.
3. Trends and Innovation: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design best practices, and emerging technologies to continually improve the design process and create cutting-edge visuals.
4. Design Quality Assurance: Review and approve design work produced by peers or other divisions to ensure adherence to brand guidelines and design standards.
5. Print Production: Familiarity with print production processes and specifications, including preparing print-ready files and communicating with print vendors.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field. A relevant portfolio of previous work is essential.
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong emphasis on creative and leadership roles.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software and tools.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.
• Demonstrated ability to lead design projects, work collaboratively, and communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in designing for various platforms, such as web, mobile, and social media.
• A keen eye for detail, creativity, and a passion for design innovation.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically about design solutions.
• Up-to-date with industry trends and a willingness to continuously learn and improve.
