Job Description: 

As a part-time Social Media Specialist, you'll have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the growth of our agency's social media presence. You'll be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that increase brand awareness, engagement, and ultimately drive traffic and sales.

Our ideal candidate is someone who is passionate about social media and has a proven track record of success in developing and executing effective social media campaigns. You should be up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices, and have a keen eye for creating engaging and shareable content that aligns with our brand and voice.

As part of your role, you'll collaborate with other teams and departments to ensure consistency in messaging and brand guidelines. You'll also analyze data and track social media metrics to continuously improve the effectiveness of your campaigns and adjust your strategies accordingly.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement on various platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok
• Create engaging and shareable content that aligns with our brand and voice
• Collaborate with other teams and departments to ensure consistency in messaging and brand guidelines
• Analyze data and track social media metrics to improve campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies accordingly
• Stay up-to-date with social media trends, changes, and best practices

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a social media specialist or similar role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices
• Experience with social media management and analytics tools
• Ability to multitask, work independently, and meet deadlines
• Basic graphic design skills a plus
