This incumbent will be based in our Indonesia office and will be responsible for performing audit and business & regulatory compliance activities.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and implement annual audit plan
• Testing and evaluating the implementation of internal control and risk management system in accordance with AGI policies
• Provide suggestion for improvement and objective information on the activities examined at all levels of management
• Prepare Audit Report and submit to Board of Directors and Board of Commissioners and also monitoring of follow-up implementation
• Develop program to evaluate the quality of internal audit function it carries out
• To monitor, performing review on Compliance awareness towards policies and prevailing rules and regulation.
• To train, communicate and update Compliance policies related and regulatory to respective staff
• Prepare Compliance Reports timely and comprehensively
• To support on handling of Investment Compliance

Experience/Qualifications and  Skills:

• Hold a bachelor’s degree in accounting
• Possess Investment Manager Representative (WMI) license
• Minimum 3 years experiences in Capital Market, especially in Audit                                                                                 
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Comply with the Internal Audit code of ethics
