THE POSITION

What you will do 

Currently, we are looking for someone who can fill the position of Content and Curriculum Developer Senior Specialist. Take a look at points below to understand more about this role.

• Do research on program content and create a syllabus for Kids  Academy and Blended  Learning.  
• Construct RPP (lesson plan) such as teaching methods, duration,  supporting materials,  learning activities, tools and props, and additional resources for  Kids Academy and  Blended Learning.  
• Make Blended  Learning assessments that consist of a pre-post test, mini quiz,  rubric, and projects.
• Establish, evaluate, and enhance key SOPs for developing the learning materials to ensure and improve the good content development practices. 
• Manage and lead the curriculum design according to the needs analysis and/or project brief given
• Manage and lead the development of course materials from a given set of objectives in the form of presentations, handouts, assessments, and tests. 
• Lead the quality control of the course materials for their grammatical accuracy, validity and reliability to the present context and usability for the current user demographics according to the set content evaluation criteria 
• Design and monitor instruments to measure the efficacy of the course content and the fulfillment of the learning objective  
• Assist with the use and evaluation of educational technology tools for course and assessment delivery

The required skills 

In order to carry out the obligations well, we need someone who has specific knowledge and abilities in a specific area. To make it easier, there are:

• Minimum  bachelor degree  in relevant majors  (Language,  Education, or  other relevant  majors). 
• Fluent in  English (fluency in  other languages is a plus). 
• Attention to details, high level of finesse in design, and able to deliver quality content in a  timely manner.  
• Extensive experience in designing digital-based learning curriculum,  syllabus, and lessons, along with assessment tools for online,  offline, and blended learning.  
• Experience in  Teaching is a plus

Our short story

Starting from these thoughts, we decided to run an edutech company since 2015, formerly known as Squline, and based in Jakarta. CAKAP offers a solution for everyone who wants to speak other languages and learn more about different cultures. We reinvent language learning experience by providing an online platform for students and teachers; the idea is for you to study anywhere and everywhere.
