JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Draft and review a wide variety of legal agreements

2. Provide internal advisory services and legal support to all departments within company

3. Execute and maintain all required corporate filings, corporate documents, licensing, and reports according to applicable laws and regulations

4. Monitoring and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

5. Processing problem solving skill and prevention point of views for any potential legal issues

6. Work together with other functions in reviewing the proposed product, features, and activity of the company

7. Where needed, manage, and communicate with external parties

QUALIFICATIONS

1. Bachelor Degree of Law from Reputable University

2. Have working experience as corporate legal at tech company min 2yr

3. Strong understanding of corporate, business, labor and IP law

4. Attention to detail and have a sense of legal risk awareness

5. Able to work under short pressure and fast-paced environment

6. Proficient in English
