Title/Role: Program Coordinator- SKALA Accelerator
Location: Jakarta
Compensation: 8-10 million
Start Date: Immediate

As a Program Coordinator, He/she will focus on supporting the entire SKALA program activities and will work closely with our collaborative team of professionals.
Primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Assist in Program Detail Planning & Timeline
• Execute Program Management administrative tasks
• Working in a strategic capacity with SKALA portfolio companies
• Schedule startup meetings, document and generate reports 
• Engage with SKALA extensive network of corporate relationships (VC, Media Partners and other relevant stakeholders)
• Support in Brand Building of SKALA 
• Contribute to Internal Presentation, Reporting & Deal Tracking

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• +2 years of full-time work experience in project management, strategy, business development, partnerships or corporate development
• Any work experience that demonstrates the drive, skills and character required to be successful in a demanding, dynamic work environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 
• Excellent interpersonal and networking skills with an ability to develop and maintain effective business relationships
• Undergraduate degree from a top-tier institution, and a demonstrated track record of both academic and professional success
