Responsibilities:
Requirements:
- Developing and implementing a hiring strategy
- Determining selection criteria, hiring profiles and job requirements for vacant positions
- Source potential candidates through online channels
- Constantly hiring number as targeted by company
- Supporting recruitment teams in making objective hiring decisions
- Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position's requirements
- Lead and execute employer branding initiatives
- Meet with the new joiners to support them throughout the onboarding process
Requirements:
- Willing to be contacted after working hours and holidays
- Age minimum 29 years old
- A bachelor's degree in Psychology or Human Resources Management, or a similar qualification from reputable University
- Demonstrable hiring experience or in a related position, preferable from architecture, education and F&B
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding and/or other HR functions
- Fluent in English, both oral and written is a must
- Familiar with using job portals or recruitment tools across the channel
- Excellent creative written and verbal communication skills for internal and external purposes
- Able to work under pressure and meet the deadlines
- Able to join ASAP
