PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain customer satisfaction for SGS Minerals Trade Services
• Develop a better coordination and reporting between Office, Field and Laboratory
• Prepare and issue all Reports and associated documents according to SGS Guidelines and Customers requirements.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

• Issue job/nomination to Field Inspectors & Laboratories in accordance with SGS Order Review Management processes
• Execution of client reporting including daily updates, and final reports
• Ensure that all necessary supporting documents provided from the field
• Prepare and coordinating directly with client in regard of draft certificates/reports until issuance
• Provide customer service and assistance to internal and external customers to meet their requirements and resolve queries
• Promote the image, capability and integrity of the company to the clients
• Operate to the highest standards of ethics, in accordance with the SGS Statement of Integrity
• Customer focused at all times, and achieve efficiency in service
• At all times, adopt a safe behavior by exercising due regard for the health and safety of SGS employees and clients, in line with SGS policies and procedures
• At all times, comply with SGS Code of Integrity and Professional Conduct

PROFILE

• Bachelor's Degree of any field
• High level written and spoken English
• Demonstrated ability to participate as a Team Member

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Able to work independently and to coordinate several activities simultaneously
• Must fluent in Mandarin both writing and speaking
• Able to interact with all levels of management, colleagues, affiliates and clients
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with and familiarity with Word Processing, Spreadsheets, MS Outlook and Databases
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
• Understanding of shipping terms and ports / logistics operations. Familiar with INCOTERMS would be an advantage
• Applies judgment and acts according to the SGS standards of ethics and integrity
