We're looking for great people to join FUSE as Public Relation Strategist 
Key Responsibilities

• Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
• Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
• Providing technical support across the company 
• Setting up accounts for new users
• Vendor Management
• Manage 3rd Parties system integration like Payment Gateway, API
• Maintain IT Assets
• Provide training to junior staff

Key Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor Degree, preferable from reputable University with Information Technology major.
• At least 5 years of working experience as IT Infrastructure, IT Support , IT Network Supervisor or Lead.
• Strong interest in the Tech / Digital Industry.
• Familiarity with API Integration and Payment Gateway.
• Familiarity Project Management (example : JIRA, Trello, etc)
• Excellent verbal communication skills both in English and Bahasa.
