Key Responsibilities

Establish a CRM program which helps to drive repeat purchases by targeted , focused & segmented customer communications

To be able to plan & implement the CRM Campaign calendar for each Brand with year wide initiatives & plans and also collaborate effectively with the marketing & IT teams to ensure timely execution

Execute Targeted Campaign Communication (Via, SMS , Email , push Notification etc) with the existing database supported by intelligent analytics & insights

Launch of loyalty program.

To manage the loyalty program & customer analytics program and drive business through data driven initiatives

To create retention marketing campaigns that drive incremental spends from existing loyalty members. To be able to effective implement cross sell & upsell opportunities.

To ensure great customer service & feedback resulting in customer delight & positive NPS

Implement 360 degree CRM activities to support in store sales and webstore growth

Focused & targeted approach in increasing the average bill value & units per customer purchase

Plan & implement the customer Journey or customer lifecycle. Lapsed prevention & churn reduction planning.

Planning and implementing innovative schemes for loyalty in order to grow the repeat business

Track , measure & report CRM initiatives & continuously improve the same

Requirements

Relevant CRM work experience of managing or handling a loyalty or CRM program for minimum period of 4 to 5 years

Excellent command over English

Degree in Marketing / Digital Marketing / E-Commerce or other relevant fields.

Strong knowledge and understanding of customer segmentation, analytics, campaign management & planning

Microsoft PowerPoint and Advanced Excel skills are mandatory.

Candidates with knowledge of Power Bi , Google Data studio will be preferred

Candidates with knowledge of R , Python will be an added advantage

Knowledge of HTML editing & CRM integrations will be added advantage

Working knowledge with CRM tools like Capillary, Clevertap, etc will be an added advantage

Demonstrated interest in Retail & fashion industry.

Roll-up-your sleeves, team player with a proven ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment.

Able to work independently, full responsibility and with minimum supervision.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
