Responsibilities
HR Development
- To recruit and retain excellent employees.
- To develop employees through training/education program based on talent management.
- To establish and improve Mission Training/YWK (Kaizen) locally and globally.
HR Management
- To establish HR strategy in line with Companys business objective.
- To establish consistent HR policies, regulations and procedures that are aligned with the Companys core values to maximize consistency and efficiency at each organizational level.
- To develop solid organization based on suitable job skill on each position.
- To oversee the review and recommendation of competitive and equitable compensation and benefits for employees through compensation analysis.
- To manage monthly payroll.
- To manage Performance Management / assessment system.
- To manage good relationships with labor unions and labor office with regard to labor relation matters.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation, influencing and time management skills with the ability to build rapport with all levels within the Company.
- Be cost conscious and aware of personal contribution to Companys profitability.
- Responsible for supervising, coaching and providing guidelines to personnel supervisor and staff
- Responsible for update personal data of staff and above on the prevailing HR data system
- Evaluate the performance of the subordinate. Document and discuss present and past performance in accordance to the companys performance management system
Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to express oneself clearly in conversations, interactions and business writing with others. This includes, where applicable, good business level communication skills, negotiation skills, presentation skills etc.
- Having personal motivation to continually improve oneself, with the willingness to receive guidance, training and development growth opportunities, and to actively learn and acquire new knowledge and skills.
- Professional attitude and projection of a professional company image.
- Ability to proactively identify priority tasks, anticipate implications and take appropriate action with minimal supervision.
- Ability to work cooperatively as a team and stay committed together on the task at hand.

- Develop and maintain good relationships with employees at all levels within the company.
- Must be able to walk long distances and stand for long period of time, and travel domestically on short notice.
- Minimum Degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Business Administration, or in relevant fields
- Minimum of 10-years human resource in all Human Resources functions including 5 years human resource generalist experience
- Minimum 5-years experience in a HR managerial position role at multinational company within Indonesia
- Experience and knowledge of HR policies, Labor Law and practices in Indonesia
- Experience as team leader of successful negotiation with Labor Union
- Experience in establishing/modifying HR policies in Indonesia
- Experience in establishing/deploying training and development programs for high potentials
- Strong project management skill / experience
- Strong communication skills to both internal and external parties This includes good business level communication skills, negotiation skills, presentation skills etc. (English and Bahasa)
- Prior experience in Manufacturing or Machinery Industry will be an added advantage
- Good coaching experience/skills
