Deskripsi Pekerjaan


Reporting to the Financial Controller, this position is responsible for the overall finance and tax planning/strategies of PT KLK Dumai and PT Kreasijaya Adhikarya, which includes managing the accounting operations, costing, budgeting and taxation of the Company whilst ensuring compliance with the relevant regulations and financial reporting requirements.

 

Role and Responsibilities

  • Develop financial strategies by analysing financial and accounting information, recommending strategic direction and establishing functional objectives in line with the Company objectives.
  • Establish finance operational strategies by evaluating trends, establishing critical measurements, accumulating resources, resolving problems and implementing change.
  • Analyse Company business and operations by identifying opportunities for improvement, cost reduction and systems enhancement.
  • Provide timely analysis and advise the Management on the Company’s financial management matters, ensuring the Company meets its commitment to its financial accountability and transparency.
  • Develop action plans for capital forecast, facilities, and staff requirements and identify monetary resources.
  • Understand and identify key elements of Company risk and mitigate them.
  • Report financial status by providing forecasts, reporting results, analysing variances and developing improvements.
  • Promote and enhance sound financial practices and compliance with legislative and authoritative requirements across the Company.
  • Familiar and conversant with the latest Local and International Financial Reporting Standards.
  • Resolve business groups and corporate queries on general accounting and reporting issues on a timely basis.
 

Job Success Requirements

  • Degree in Finance/Accounting or a recognised professional Accountancy Qualification with at least 4 years working experience in a manufacturing or corporate environment.
  • Good interpersonal skills, independent, self-driven and the ability to deliver within tight deadlines.
  • Computer literate in Microsoft applications.
  • Exposure to a manufacturing environment, Indonesian taxes and forex hedging knowledge will be an added advantage.
  •  Experience in SAP and bonded zones is an added advantage.
