Lowongan PAYROLL FINANCE di PT Gik Tech Berjaya Indonesia

Main Responsibility

• Strictly implement the company's expenditure system and other relevant regulations, review and pay the company's payment and reimbursement；
• Review the company's salary and pay it on time；
• Domestic settlement and international settlement；
• Responsible for the company's online banking reconciliation, bank statement printing, account opening, change, cancellation and other bank-related matters；
• Update the bank journal, the bank balance and the bank account transaction records daily；
• Daily expense reimbursement；
• Strictly implement the relevant regulations of the company's orders and sales orders, and assist in reviewing ERP sales orders and sales delivery orders；
• Attach the payment vouchers that have been printed out from ERP, print out the journal entries, and sort out the monthly；
• Complete other tasks assigned by the leadership。

Qualification

• Candidate must possess at least D3/ S1 in Accounting；
• More than 2 years of working experience related to cashier, manufacturing industry accounting is preferred；
• Being fluent in English, and can speak Mandarin is a plus point；
• Proficiency in computer operation， Knowing about Microsoft Office (especially Excel)；
• Familiar with Indonesian local bank or international bank settlement business processes；
• Detail-oriented, responsible, honest and disciplined；
• Have good professional ethics, team spirit, communication skills and service awareness；
• Willing to work in Kepulauan Riau（Batam）
