Requirement:

• Maximum 30 years old
• Candidate possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Law
• Minimum 4 years of working experiences in law firm or corporate legal
• Knowledge of Indonesia laws and regulations
• Having PERADI is an advantages
• High standar of integrity and work commitment
• Teamwork person, able to work accurately and under-pressure
• Proficient English skill both spoken and written

Responsibilities:

• Give accurate and timely counsel to executives in a variety of legal topics related to the business (corporate law and other government regulations)
• Research and evaluate different risk factors regarding business decisions and operations
• Communicate and negotiate with external parties (regulators, external counsel, public authority etc.), creating relations of trust
• Draft and solidify agreements, contracts and other legal documents to ensure the company’s full legal rights
• Maintain knowledge on updates in legislation which relates to the organization.
• Manage the Legal Database
