Lowongan CIVIL ENGINEER di PT Danayasa Arthatama

Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering from accredited university
• Minimum 2-3 years of work experience in consultant, developer, and/or contractor
• Experienced in civil engineer design for high-rise and/or residential projects, including on-site supervision
• Strong ability in operating CAD, other software (i.e., SAP, Etabs, Ms. Project), plus point for 3D modeling and rendering (i.e., Sketchup, Civil 3D)
• Professional working proficiency in English and/or Mandarin
• Team player with strong problem-solving, and communication skill
• Striving for high quality, functional, and innovative design

Responsibilities:

• Creating and managing concept, design, shop drawing, and as-built drawing
• Arranging technical studies, calculation, and risk management in civil engineer scope
• Preparing detailed design and cost estimation based on building codes, regulations, standardized specifications and materials (SNI)
• Monitoring and ensuring projects conducted as planned, including regular site visit
• Arranging reports, including progress report, timeline, and budget realization
