OPERATION STAFF

Job Description

• Manage export-import activities and control operational flows including, forwarder management, customs, permit/licence applications, and complete reporting.
• Manage customer to have valid data for their shipments.
• Manage the movement of our services to coordinate with airlines & liner
• Work according to SOP
• Collaborate with other departments

Requirements :

• D3/S1 all majors
• At least 2 year of working experience in logistics/e-commerce/supply chain.
• Have a good understanding of international trade and shipping.
• Have knowledge of customs procedures for export, import and related formalities.
• Have experience in warehouse operations and understand the Warehouse Management System.
• Having experience in distribution and domestic delivery.
• Having experience in Logistics, Manufacturing or other industries.
• Have good skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and can adapt to any new technology.
