Qualifications:

1.      S1 educational background degree in Civil Engineering or Electrical Engineering

2.      Have relevant experience in Structural design area, ideally a working knowledge of civil design technique.

3.      Possess same experience in the same position, minimum for 5 years.

4.      Good knowledge of structural design Have good skill in using Software application in Civil Engineering.

5.      Able to make technical presentations, internally and externally.

6.      Highly developed leadership and motivation skills.

7.      Highly developed interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Job Description:

1.      Attend technical meetings with clients.

2.      Respond to technical queries from site.

3.      To provide management and technical leadership to a team allocated to undertake design tasks.

4.      Ensure quality assurance on the consistent application of company engineering standards.

5.      Recommend modifications to the company engineering standards for engineering drawings, engineering process, detailing and instructional curriculum.

6.      Analyse, review structural drawings of all design project.
