JOB PURPOSE

1. Guide, monitor and educate training employees
2. Coordinate to relevant Section, Evaluate, and determine graduation
3. Data record & attendance of training employees

MAIN RESPONBILITY

1. Basic Knowledge Orientation to Cutting-Sewing
2. Provide Cutting & Sewing Training
3. Running the Training Curriculum/
4. Recording Training 
5. Guide and educate participants according to training material.
6. Evaluate each participant, and determine participants who pass.
7. Review training materials 

REQUIREMENTS

1. Familiar and Understand about Cutting – Sewing process.
2. Bachelor of Fashion / Polytechnic ATK 
3. Footwear industry experience is preferred.
4. Have certification TOT (preferred)
5. Teaching / Trainer
6. Initiative
7. Good Teamwork & Communication
8. Interpersonal Understanding
9. Continuous Learning
10. Good analysis and Problem Solving
11. Ability to establish priorities and time management.
