Lowongan Planner Executive di PT Acer Indonesia

1. Responsible for creating PO to Acer factory as needed in fast pace environment and maintain end to end process until arrive at Acer Warehouse in Indonesia
2. Actively contribute to cooperation with all other parties involved passing on all relevant information to improve the flow of material stock and value through the Supply Chain
3. Responsible to create Bill Of Material and Update in Item Master for Manufacturing Process and also create Word Order for Production process and do allocation stock based availability. Update weekly all Status Work Order that not full allocated to all parties involved
4. Responsible for Weekly Report Material Stock Visibility ; On hand , In Transit and PO back order and crosscheck against Current Sales Plan and Manufacturing Monthly Plan
5. Weekly Update to other parties involved related SKU Movement Over 1 year age
6. Having Knowledge for Incoterm, Import and Export process such as Bill of Lading , Airwaybill , PIB and PEB
7. Have experience in supply chain environment and be competent in a range of software applications

Requirement(s):

• Minimum Bachelor degree from reputable university with logistics management/industrial engineering major
• Having experience 7 years as a planner
• Proficient in MS Office, Supply Chain Management, Demand Supply Planning
• Fluent in English
• Good attitudes at work and eager to learn new things.
• Familiar with general logistic processes as well as proficient in using Excel, Word
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Careful, detail-oriented, supportive, result-oriented
• Experience in ERP is desired
