Lowongan CSR, LA & Security Manager di PT Dinamika Sejahtera Mandiri

Responsibilities:

1. Design, evaluate, and control community development programs around the mining area by short, medium, and long-term company policies and strategies.
2. Fostering relationships and dealing with issues related to society and security, NGO, Ormas, Media, landowners, and stakeholders to support the smooth operation of the Company.
3. Acquire land for the mining area and its supporters according to the target set.
4. Directing, developing, and providing guidance to all subordinates.
5. Resolve any permitting land acquisition-related issues
6. Analyze and provide recommendations on CSR and Security strategies to Top Management.

Requirements :

1. Candidate must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Science & Law.
2. At least 5 years of CSR, LA, and Security working experience in the mining industry.
3. Understand the legal concept of land acquisition by government regulation.
4. Understand the planning of CSR programs related to the government, and the surrounding community.
5. Able to create a comprehensive report for management.
6. Result-oriented, target-driven, and high-achievement motivation.
7. Able to work independently, be proactive, and have strong analytical thinking.
8. Good interpersonal skill, communication, and coordination skills.
9. Working with roster system 6 : 2.
10. Willing to place on-site, West Kalimantan
