Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in the Halmahera Utara Area for a Corporate Social Responsibility Manager. The Corporate Social Responsibility Manager will be responsible for implementing and managing the company's CSR initiatives, Land acquisition, developing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, managing and overseeing employee engagement programs, managing projects related to CSR, and conducting analysis and reporting on CSR initiatives.

Qualifications

• Analytical Skills: Ability to conduct analysis and reporting on CSR initiatives.
• Corporate Social Responsibility: Experience with implementing CSR initiatives and managing relationships with stakeholders.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups of stakeholders
• Project Management: Ability to manage projects related to CSR initiatives.
• Employee Engagement: Experience with managing and overseeing employee engagement programs.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Environmental Science, Corporate Social Responsibility, or related field
• Experience in the mining industry, Halmahera area or other relevant industries is a plus.
