Job Description:

• Lead and conduct Production Planning overall operations and fulfill on time-full delivery (OTIF)
• Implementation of a inventory control system
• Demand forecasting
• Full digitization of department
• Process improvement with focus on communication and department structures
• Reporting and analysis of depertment status and KPI's
• Team management and trainings

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree from Industrial Engineering, Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 - 5 years’ experience in strategic demand and supply planning in manufacturing industry
• Fluent in English (both oral and written).
• Management skill & knowledge in Lean manufacture systems
• Proficiency in Ms. Excel, Statistic, Math & Power BI is a plus.
• Basic knowledge about Project Management
• Excellent in planning & detail oriented
• Having good knowledge on warehousing, material management, inventory management, control & production planning
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
