REGIONAL SALES MANAGER (CENTRAL JAVA)

Requirements:

• Holds Bachelor’s degree from business, management, marketing or related subject.
• Must have minimum of 3 years’ experience in medical device or healthcare industries
• Proven track record of successful medical device sales, especially in Central Java.
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English
• Self-motivated, initiative, able to work independently and team player
• Good in communication, negotiation, leadership & presentation skills
• Willingness to travel within the region as needed.

Job Description:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the Central Java region
• Able to establish business cooperation with partners (Hospital, Clinic, Doctor, etc)
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare institutions, hospitals, clinics, and distributors across the Central Java
• Lead and manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure they meet or exceed sales targets.
• Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze data, and generate regular reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and changes in healthcare regulations within Central Java.
