Jr Ads optimizer 

Job description :

Responsible for digital media buying on TikTok and other platform

Monitor ad delivery, measure and analyze results to specify further optimization and improvement.

Make assumptions and execute experiments to test them (A/B testing).

Acquire new leads and customers using creative strategies.

Work closely with Creative team to improve on the ads content

Extensive substantial hands-on experience in an international personal care brand that utilizes digital marketing entry and marketing strategy

Competitive compensation

Qualification :

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing or any related field

Fresh graduate

Knowledge and experience in digital advertising, especially Facebook Ads and Google Ads

Knowledge and experience in TikTok Ads is a plus

English language skill

Fast learner and willing to learn technological / IT products.

Data-driven decision making skills
