Job Description:

• Responsible for all operation of Mold maker/Repair/ modification follow schedule.
• Responsible to handling hot runner mold, slider & non slider mold. 
• Responsible to make sure the mold manufacturing folder full fill completely & correct.
• Make sure that all mold making schedule done and will be finished on time.
• Responsible superior for trouble solving new mold.
• Responsible mold repair effective and solve problem (reduce possibility same problem happen).
• Implementation 6S at mold assembly & manual machine area.
• Submit nonconformity Mold defect during manufacture.
• Kaizen (Idea and Report).

Requirements:

• Minimum SMA from technical background
• Minimum 1 years’ experience on the same position or equivalent work experience.
• Able to handle manual machines, like drilling, milling turning etc..
• Knowledge of measurement instruments able to read drawings 
• Able to assemble molds and repair slider and non slider mold
• Understand feedback from injection engineering
• Basic understanding of CNC machinery 
• Able to handle hot runner mold with understand basic electrical
