Job description :

• Create sales communication concepts and strategies to achieve sales marketing contribution targets within the national scope as well as regional and channel potential.
• Plan, implement, monitor and evaluate campaigns or programs through data analysis, optimize quarterly and annual budgets and allocate funds wisely for sales and profit growth.
• Build and nurture relationships both internally and externally to strengthen brand presence and sales opportunities.
• Responsible for measuring and reporting marketing campaign performance, providing insights and assessing targets.

Requirements : 

• Maximum age 33 years.
• Graduate from a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Management Business, Industrial Engineering, Communications, or related field.
• Proven experience of at least 3 (three) years, preferably having worked in technology companies, industrial software, retail/e-commerce and IT industries.
• Creative and able to produce innovative and original ideas.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Having an understanding of artificial intelligence (AI) technology as well as software applications and best practices in corporate business marketing is a plus.
• Able to work with a team, analytical and detailed skills, fast paced, and results oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Good appearance and fluent communication skills in English.
