Job Description :

A Learning and Development (L&D) Supervisor develops and implements learning strategies and designs e-learning courses. You will help to assess development needs, deliver training, and evaluate learning effectiveness to encourage smooth transition within the organization.

Job Responsibilities :

• Create and execute learning strategies and programs
• Supervise and Evaluate individual and organizational development needs
• Plan and Implement various learning methods within the organization (e.g. coaching, job shadowing, online training)
• Design and deliver e-learning courses, workshops, and other training to support employee's growth in specific needs
• Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities
• Help managers/leaders develop their team members through career pathing
• Create and update KPI and goals for each departments
• Ensure the effectiveness of SOPs implementation

Key Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Human Capital or related fields
• Proven experience as an L&D Supervisor, Training Manager, or similar
• Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods
• Familiar with e-learning platforms and practices
• Experience in project management and budgeting
• Proficient in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills; sharp business acumen
• Ability to build rapport with employees and vendors
